A reimbursement form has been added to our website under the Resources tab. If you need to be reimbursed for a church-related expense, download the file, then:
Print, complete, and email/mail to the church, or
Open in Acrobat Reader, complete using “Fill and Sign”, save, and email/mail your saved file to the church
The Prayer Request form is also under the Resources tab now.
And don’t forget that the church directory is also available online at westsidejourney.com/directory. This one isn’t under the Resources tab — you must enter the URL — for privacy reasons.
