A reimbursement form has been added to our website under the Resources tab. If you need to be reimbursed for a church-related expense, download the file, then:
Print, complete, and email/mail form and receipts. Email to finance@westsidejourney.org or mail to the church -or-
Open in Acrobat Reader, complete using “Fill and Sign”, save, and email your saved file and receipts to finance@westsidejourney.org or mail to the church
The Prayer Request form is also under the Resources tab now.
And don’t forget that the church directory is also available online at westsidejourney.com/directory. This one isn’t under the Resources tab — you must enter the URL — for privacy reasons.
